So, I’ve been listening to these for about a year, maybe, and I love it. Scott Sigler, of course, is the author of the world’s first podcast only novel, and now he’s got a movie option and three books in print. How can you not like it?
So yeah, this is where I’m headed. Decided not to do it for Hero, but for a novel I haven’t finished yet, called “Fade to Black.” The first chapter is recorded, but I have to rewrite the rest of what I have to fit the format. It’s fun, I’m liking how it’s turning out, plus I’m learning a lot so it’s a nice win-win…
“The Doomsday Club” is the last book I listened to, and very very good. He’s one of my favorites. He also posted my email to him on his blog: http://markyoshimotonemcoff.com/wordsushi/2007/06/15/e-mail-of-the-week/
Gotta love that.

Hey good luck with FADE TO BLACK. I hope it’s a fun process and brings you lots of new fans.

In your letter, you said, “I’m not male, I don’t smoke enormous amounts of pot, I never went to college, etc, etc.”
Is enormous a qualifier or incidental?

Grammatically it’s a qualifier of course, but in my case the qualifier could be ‘any’ amounts of pot. I had a guy ask me that once, do you smoke weed, out of the blue. (He’d quit a few months before, so I think it was just on his mind.)
Does this actually help in some way?
